What is diabetes?

Diabetes is an inefficiency to manage healthy levels of glucose in the blood which may lead to various life-threatening issues. The health condition is identified by abnormal blood sugar level in the body. In Layman’s words, Diabetes occurs when either the body produces little or no insulin hormone.

Early signs of Diabetes:

Diabetes symptoms may vary depending on how much blood sugar is lifted up. Some people experiencing prediabetes or type 2 diabetes, may not sense indication in the beginning. In type 1 diabetes, symptoms incline promptly and could be more severe.

Some common symptoms of type 1 and type 2 diabetes are:

Hunger pangs, fatigue, frequent urination, increased thirst, blurred vision, slow wound healing, pain or numbness in feet or leg frequent infections- such as gums or itchy skin and yeast infections.

Causes of Type 1 Diabetes:

It is assumed that Type 1 diabetes is caused by the composition of genetic sensitivity and natural influences.

What is noted by the studies is that our immune system which regularly battles harmful bacteria or viruses, attacks and destroys our insulin yielding cells in the pancreas? This leads one with either little insulin or no insulin in the body. Hence, sugar builds up in your bloodstream rather than being transported into the cells.

Causes of Type 2 Diabetes:

diabetes

Prediabetes which may lead to Type 2 diabetes, our cells turn out to be resistant towards the action of insulin and as a result, our pancreas becomes incapable of making sufficient insulin to reduce this resistance. Therefore, sugar builds up in your bloodstream rather than being transported into the cells for producing energy.

Overweight is strongly considered to be one of the major causes leading to type 2 diabetes whereas not everyone addressing type 2 diabetes is overweight.

Prevention: Type 1 diabetes cannot be prevented yet some healthy choices may help treat prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, and gestational diabetes as follows: Eat healthy food: Intake of food lower in fat & calories and high in fiber. Focus more on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains

Vigorous physical activity: Aim for 30 minutes of steady physical exercise per day. Take a speedy walk daily, swim laps. In case you do not fit in a long workout session, break it up into shorter sessions throughout the day.

Lose excess weight: If you are overweight, dropping even 7 percent of your body weight may lower the risk of diabetes. Do not try to drop weight during pregnancy period instead take advice from a doctor about how much weight is healthy to put on during pregnancy. Control Diabetes using LLLT Technology :

Dr Cure and Care have introduced Laser Hemotherapy Device are proposed on LLLT technology (Low-Level Laser Therapy) which has scientifically been certified by the American FDA. It is based on the formula of photo biotherapy. Photo biotherapy occurs when laser light is consumed by cells and triggers cell metabolism.

The use of low-level infrared rays is used for enhancing the photochemical process which ultimately encourages resistance power in the body that helps in controlling diabetes. The device causes no damage and has no side-effect. Also, the device is very economical and is available across 37 countries.
